Josie’s Room

I have finally reached a point since living in our “new” home for one year where I’m ready and motivated to start renovating and “making over” our house. I think I’ve packed enough ideas into my head about how I want this home to look and feel. It is vastly different in its design style from our previous home. I find myself embracing wall papers, contrasting trim colors, and a more traditional look all together. I’m starting with Josie’s room. I don’t have a great reason except I painted her new bed when she transitioned out of her crib, and now it just looks like it needs to go together. Also, your kids are only this little once, so I’m starting with their spaces. My goal is one room a month….so yeah. A little optimistic. Here is her design board for starters!
